The training we do at the Gothenburg Free Fencers Guild is divided according to different areas of focus, like e.g: footwork, body mechanics, weapon mechanics etc. For this we do not always carry weapons, instead stripping away anything but focus on the particular movement, while also trying to keep things fun. Sometimes other tools are used, to emphasize the effects of the movement, like ropes and balls.

Since we hope to inspire others to share their own exercises we have recorded ours, as our beginners practice them, and have uploaded them to this playlist on YouTube. This playlist also has its own page under the Training header on HROARR.
