It’s about that time of the year again where we need to start thinking of nominations for the HEMA Scholar Awards of 2014, ie researchers who have published work in 2013. Last year’s award was a great success and we sincerely hope we can do as well again this year.
We are still seeking one more jury member. As we already have three jury members from the USA we will be looking for someone not from the USA, to complement the others. If you are interested then contact us.
Sponsors: If you are interested in sponsoring these awards and the research in HEMA this year, then please contact us. We will of course also contact potential sponsors ourselves. Anything you can sponsor with is greatly appreciated, be it literature, gear, cash, event fees or shiny steel.
To all the rest of you, please read through the rules and regulations regarding nominations carefully. We would like to emphasize that apart from the Lifetime Achievement Award, the awards are given for research published in English in 2013.
